Frat Party

A frat party is basically the kind of party that is thrown in college. In fact, this kind of party is hosted by the fraternity. Since this is the kind of party that college students attend, you will mostly find teenagers and young adults at a frat party. Most campuses have frat rows and this is where you will find a frat party from time to time most often on a Friday or Saturday night. Many people relate fraternity celebrations to the parties they see in movies. During a frat party, you will find loud music, girls dancing on the tables and plenty of beer kegs, if you believe the movies.

You will probably find lots of beer at a frat party. Fraternity heads are responsible for the activities at the house, so only party guests 21 and over will be allowed to drink. Alcohol may also be limited to the members of the frat with the remaining guests being required to bring their own adult beverage. This is ones of the reasons why many students prefer to be a part of the frat so that they can get free drinks whenever there is a frat party.

 While most people attending the frat party are guys, you will also find many girls going to this kind of party. The female students usually go to a frat party because they are dating a member of the frat or are a part of the sister fraternity. A frat party can also be held to try and recruit new members so not every frat party involves drinking and wild antics. The type of frat party thrown will often be linked to the fraternity holding the party. A music frat party, for instance, may not be as wild as a frat party thrown by the TKEs.
